As a customer service professional, you'll be assisting people from different countries, providing advice and solving problems. As a technical support professional, you will take inbound customer calls to provide technical support for end users through active listening, effective troubleshooting, and problem solving through established methods and procedures. Per request, on inbound calls, you will provide “up sell” information that might include faster speeds, new features including technical support or any other information to disseminate on a call. You will identify the need to escalate specific issues and follow through where necessary. You will also transfers calls to other departments where appropriate. In addition, you will present detailed information and responds to questions from Managers, Client, and Customers in a professional and courteous manner.
