New to Kangen Water? Here's What You Need to Know

www.enagicproduct.kangendemo.com

If you're new to Kangen Water, you may be wondering what all the fuss is about. Kangen Water is a type of alkaline water that is said to have a range of health benefits, from improving hydration to promoting detoxification. Here's what you need to know if you're considering trying Kangen Water for the first time.

What is Kangen Water?

Kangen Water is produced by a machine called an electrolysis machine, which splits ordinary tap water into two streams - alkaline and acidic. The alkaline water is then ionized, resulting in a high pH level and a negative oxidation-reduction potential. The idea behind Kangen Water is that it is more hydrating and has a range of health benefits, including promoting detoxification, boosting the immune system, and even curing cancer.

How does Kangen Water work?

Kangen Water works by increasing the pH level of the water you drink. The pH level is a measure of how acidic or alkaline a substance is, with a pH of 7 considered neutral. Kangen Water typically has a pH level between 8.5 and 9.5, which is more alkaline than tap water. Proponents of Kangen Water believe that this increased alkalinity can help neutralize acid in the body and promote overall health.

What are the benefits of Kangen Water?

Proponents of Kangen Water claim that it has a range of health benefits, including:

  • Improved hydration
  • Detoxification
  • Boosted immune system
  • Reduced inflammation
  • Improved digestion
  • Increased energy

While some studies have found that alkaline water may have antioxidant properties and can help neutralize acid in the body, the evidence is not strong enough to support the wide range of health claims made by proponents of Kangen Water.

What should I consider before trying Kangen Water?

If you're considering trying Kangen Water, there are a few things you should keep in mind:

Cost: Kangen Water machines can be expensive, with some models costing thousands of dollars. Make sure you're comfortable with the cost before investing in a machine.

Safety: While there are no known health risks associated with drinking Kangen Water, some experts caution against drinking alkaline water regularly, as it can disrupt the body's natural pH balance and potentially lead to health problems. If you have any concerns, talk to your doctor before trying Kangen Water.

Maintenance: Kangen Water machines require regular cleaning and maintenance to function properly. Make sure you're prepared to commit to the upkeep before investing in a machine.

In summary, Kangen Water is a type of alkaline water that is said to have a range of health benefits. While the evidence is not strong enough to support all of these claims, some people may find that drinking Kangen Water helps them feel better. If you're considering trying Kangen Water, make sure you're comfortable with the cost, safety, and maintenance requirements before investing in a machine.

Stiff Neck

I suffered severe pain in the neck for about 2 weeks, and from my experience here's my explanation about it.
Stiff Neck and Causes

Sometimes we wake up with a stiff neck on occasion. A stiff neck is uncomfortable and painful. Whether it comes from sitting at a computer for hours wrong sleeping position, sitting at your desk the wrong way, repeating a position with your head down over a long period of time, and lifting too heavy a weight can all contribute to a stiff neck or sometimes because of cold and taking action on many things in wrong and quickly methods of movement.

Cessation of a long time in one position can also cause, or even simply numb. Stress can manifest itself in tension in your neck muscles. A back injury or whiplash also can lead to a stiff neck. Also, consider your television-watching habits and your sleep habits. Those who sleep in uncomfortable positions with an unsuitable pillow can be subjecting themselves to the risk of a stiff neck. Sitting too forward while watching television puts strain on the smaller muscles in your neck.

Treatment Options

Apply a muscle ointment or liniment along the sore neck muscles, and take a pain reliever like Advil, Tylenol, or any, but don't forget to ask your doctor or Pharmacist

Within the first two or three days of neck pain, you also can apply an ice pack or cool compress. After a few days, use a heating pad.

After one week and it still hurts If you believe stress is the cause, work on relaxing through massage, yoga, a hot bath, a hot shower, and even aromatherapy or acupuncture. If the pain is moderate to severe and persists despite icing and heating the area, see a doctor, who may run a series of tests. He also may prescribe muscle relaxers to ease the tension.

Bitter benefits of garlic and onion

Do you have time to slice and dice onions and garlic everyday? After you read this blogs, maybe you can try it.

Did you know that Garlic and Onions will help to keep your hips healthy. Women who eat a diet high in these vegetables have lower levels of osteoarthritis in the hips, according to a study from Kings College London.

Health benefits of garlic and onions contain natural chemicals that can have powerful health boosting effects on the body. If you eat at least 4 grams of garlic a day, your blood pressure lowers. A daily intake of 1 clove of fresh garlic for 16 weeks lowers cholesterol by 21%. The benefits of onion and garlic are well known. Yet, we don't eat as much of these products as we used to. Photic sneeze reflex or Achoo syndrome:

My mothers have a disease, a genetic disorder that causes her significant distress. Regretfully, she has passed this diabolical gene on me (I'm suffering right now that's why I wrote this blog) and to my two brothers.

What is this condition? This is sneeze suddenly, violently, frighteningly when exposed to bright sunlight, cold spot or dusty area.
A disorder characterized by nearly uncontrollable paroxysms of sneezing provoked in a reflex fashion by the sudden exposure of a dark-adapted subject to intensely bright light, usually to brilliant sunlight. The number of successive sneezes is usually 2 or 3, but can be up to about 40. The achoo syndrome is also called the photic sneeze reflex or the helio-ophthalmic outburst syndrome.

The syndrome is much more common than has been generally recognized. In one study it was found in 25% of medical students. The syndrome is one of the most frequent of all known genetic traits. It is inherited in an autosomal dominant manner, affecting males and females alike, who have a 50/50 chance of passing the achoo gene to each of their children who will have the disorder. For those affected, being in tunnels and shadows created by tall buildings and forested terrain can induce sneezing upon re-entering the bright sunlight.

MATERNAL HEALTH

Maternal health refers to the health of women during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. While motherhood is often a positive and fulfilling experience, for too many women it is associated with suffering, ill-health and even death.

The major direct causes of maternal morbidity and mortality include haemorrhage, infection, high blood pressure, unsafe abortion, and obstructed labour.

Maternal health care is a concept that encompasses family planning, preconception, prenatal, and postnatal care. Goals of preconception care can include providing education, health promotion, screening and interventions for women of reproductive age to reduce risk factors that might affect future pregnancies. Prenatal care is the comprehensive care that women receive and provide for themselves throughout their pregnancy. Women who begin prenatal care early in their pregnancies have better birth outcomes than women who receive little or no care during their pregnancies. Postnatal care issues include recovery from childbirth, concerns about newborn care, nutrition, breastfeeding, and family planning.

Most women do not have access to the health care and sexual health education services that they need and others are not open to complications caused by pregnancy.

How to Improve Sleep Quality

All people need to sleep. Sleep is a restorative process that promotes proper body functioning and can improve the quality of your life. Sleep is not just an "escape"-sleep is an essential part of living. This article will help you review your "sleep hygiene" (a term used to denote what you do before and during your sleep) and suggest ways for you to improve it.

Things You'll Need:
•A realistic review of what you do prior to sleeping

•A review of how many "catnaps" you take during the day and why

•An open and honest discussion with your regular sleeping partner as appropriate

SNORING

Snoring
is the vibration of respiratory structures and the resulting sound, due to obstructed air movement during breathing while sleeping.
In some cases the sound may be soft, but in other cases, it can be rather loud and quite unpleasant. Generally speaking, the structures involved are the uvula and soft palate. The irregular airflow is caused by a passageway blockage and usually due to one of the following:

-Throat weakness, causing the throat to close during sleep

-Mispositioned jaw, often caused by tension in the muscles

-Fat gathering in and around the throat

-Obstruction in the nasal passageway

-The tissues at the top of airways touching each other causing vibrations

-Relaxants such as alcohol or drugs relaxing throat muscles

-Sleeping on one's back, which may result in the tongue dropping to the back of the mouth.
