One of my Muslim colleagues told
me that Eid Al-Adha is a holiday at the end of the Hajj, the annual Muslim
pilgrimage to Mecca which is one of the greatest religious observances in
Islam.
At the end of the Hajj (annual
pilgrimage to Mecca), Muslims throughout the world celebrate the holiday of Eid
al-Adha (Festival of Sacrifice). During the Hajj, Muslims remember and
commemorate the trials and triumphs of the Prophet Abraham.
